The problem was bigger than a website.

Creator Brand already had the credibility of a high-level competitive pool player, but her digital presence was fragmented. Her achievements lived across social channels, raffles were being handled manually, match content was scattered, and there was no single destination for fans, sponsors and media.

The opportunity

Create one digital home that could carry the athlete's story, content, community, commerce and fan engagement without making people jump between platforms.

One platform, several jobs.

The solution was shaped as a connected digital ecosystem rather than a collection of unrelated pages.

01 · CONTENTStreamHub integration

Match content was given a clear destination for both live streams and an archive of past matches.

02 · IDENTITYCustom website

Biography, achievements, schedule, sponsors and personal interests were brought into one branded experience.

03 · COMMUNITYFan Zone

A dedicated area created a way for supporters to share photos and memories beyond tournament results.

04 · AUTOMATIONRaffleHub

The manual Facebook raffle workflow was replaced with an automated on-site experience.

05 · COMMERCEMerchandise store

An integrated store created a direct route from fan interest to official merchandise.

What changed for the brand.

Fan experience

One destination for the athlete

Biography, achievements, schedule, match content and community features now live within one coherent digital experience.

Automation

Raffles moved beyond manual social posts

The RaffleHub integration turned a repetitive Facebook-based process into a more structured, repeatable workflow.

Commerce

Merchandise became part of the ecosystem

The e-commerce store created a direct route from fan interest to official merchandise.

My role

Project management + resource coordination

I helped coordinate delivery resources, keep requirements aligned and move the project through design, development, feedback and launch.

What I took from the project.

Personal-brand projects are deceptively complex because the product is the person, not just the website. The strongest decisions came from understanding how fans, sponsors and content consumers would actually use the platform, then connecting those needs into one coherent experience.

Project website omitted for client confidentiality.
