Early Technical Projects

Before project management

My earlier work included Angular development, Shopify learning and hands-on eCommerce delivery across projects such as Antonyai, Saekos, Vimenti Manji, Urban World, Dopamine Shop, Cultivate Streetwear and Magno Montero.

These were not all large consulting engagements, but together they created the technical context I now use when discussing feasibility, integrations, platform limitations and delivery trade-offs with clients.

Why the technical background still matters

I do not need to write every line of code to manage a technical project well. I do need to understand enough to ask useful questions, challenge unrealistic assumptions, recognize dependencies and translate between business and engineering conversations.
